Applications:
With strong absorption, bridging, coagulating, co-precipitation and net capture effects, it is used to remove color as well as reduce sludge, suspended matter and COD (removal rate over 80%).
It is widely used for color removal treatment of highly contaminated wastewater, especially for active, acid and disperse dye wastewater treatment. It is also applicable to treat high-chroma industrial wastewater from leather, pigment, inks, paper-making liquor, oil drilling, etc.
Recommended Usage:
wastewater → add decolorizing agent → add aluminium polychlorid → add polyacrylamide → air floatation or precipitation→ effluent
Normally dilute it with water of 10 -40 times. Then add it into the wastewater.
Reaction time: 10-20 mins for air floatation or precipitation, then clear water is obtained. If used alone, PH should be adjusted to 7-9 for better effect.
Dosage: 50-100PPM (decolorizing agent)
100-150PPM (aluminium polychlorid)
0.5-1PPM (polyacrylamide)
Wastewater before treatment: COD800mg/L, chroma 250-350times.
After treatment: COD100mg/L, chorma 10-30times.
Packing and Storage:
125KG per drum. Handle with care. Protect from sunlight and rain. Shelf Time: 6months.
