HX-869 Wet rubbing fastness improver

Main ingredients:  Special waterborne polyurethane
Appearance：faint yellow transparent liquid      
Ionicity：cation
PH value (1%): 5.0-7.0        
Dissolvability: can disperse in cold water at any ratio

Properties:
1, wide application, can be used for cellulose fibre directly, active and sulphur dyes, acidity, disperse dye and printed fixation processing;
2 improve the wet rubbing fastness of the fabric 1-2 level;  
3, does not affect the color shade and sunlight fastness; 
4, does not changed the treated fabric hand feeling.  
5, does not contain the formaldehyde and APEO; meet the EU REACH regulation environmental protection requirements.  
6 can be using with cationic silicone oil, softener in a bath, reduce operating process, reduce the production cost.
7. Resistance to washing.

Dosage and process:
pad dyeing process:

improver 30-50g/L,   glacial acetic acid / citric acid 0.5-1.0g/L

dyeing cloth(PH ≤ 6.5), one dipping one rolling, drying.

Impregnation process: 2-3% (O.W.F)

dyeing cloth(PH ≤ 6.5), dip dyeing (20-30 min, 40 ℃), drying.

Note:
1. Use immediately after the mixing solution is made. Please sample testing before use. The above usage information is for your reference only.

2. This improver must be used solely, not in combination with silicone oil, softer, fixing agents and other auxiliary agents, etc.

3. Work bath temperature in 25 ℃ - 40℃, which is most effective.

4. Before use, the cloth must be cleaned off alkali (PH ≤ 6.5), salt, soaping agent.

5. During the process, a great many bubbles will be produced. Before color fixing, clean work bath, and change the work solution.

6. The work bath PH should be controlled between 4.5—5.5.

7. Tap water of ≤100ppm is used. Underground water and river water should be treated before use.

Packaging and storage:
125 kg/barrel; kept in a cool and dry place, Shelf time:  6 months.
