Product Introduction:
It is for reduction cleaning on polyester and its blends after dyeing to effectively remove loose color and with little harm on the color shade. Used for soaping treatment after printing on polyester by disperse dyes.

Appearance: white or light yellow powder
PH: 8-9(5% aqueous solution)
Ionicity: anionic
Solubility: easily soluble in water.

Properties:
1. A new and eco-friendly reduction cleaning agent to replace Caustic soda and sodium hydrosulfite with excellent reduction ability and equivalent effect.
2. Non-dangerous chemicals, resistance to heat, easy to store and transport.
3. Highly concentrated, less dosage, warehousing- cost saving
4. No neutralization needed, less draining times; for neutral and light color, no need to drain bath, directly go into reduction cleaning process.
5. Widely applied in vat and sulphur dyeing, bleaching on wool, silk.
6. For color removing due to poor direct and reactive dyeing, dye tub cleaning.

Recommended Dosage:
After dyeing on polyester, reduce the temperature to 80ºC, then add it directly for reduction cleaning, no need to drain bath.
Normal dosage: 1-3%(o.w.f), cleaning temperature 80-90ºC，time 15-30 mins.
Exact dosage should be decided by sample testing.

Packing and Storage:
125kg per drum. Store in a sealed container. Keep in dry, well-ventilated place.
